Joel 4:16

Adonai will roar from Tziyon, he will thunder from Yerushalayim, the sky and the earth will shake. But Adonai will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Isra’el.
The Lord roars from Zion, and from Jerusalem raises his voice, The heavens and the earth quake, but the Lord will be a shelter for his people, a fortress for the people of Israel.
The Lord roars from Zion and thunders from Jerusalem, so that the heavens and the earth shake. However, the Lord is a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.
Adonai will roar from Zion and give His voice from Jerusalem. Heaven and earth will shudder, but Adonai will be a refuge for His people, and a safe place for the children of Israel.
